Meet SwiftBook Pro: an accounting workspace built around three core modules. Full Accounting for everyday bookkeeping. Payroll for employee pay and reporting. And Trial Balance and Writeup for adjustments and the professional close. Here's how they fit together.

Full Accounting starts with familiar check and credit card registers. Record payments and deposits, assign accounts, and split transactions across categories. Correct unreconciled entries when a date or amount needs attention, and print the selected account's register.

Manage customers and vendors, create invoices, record customer payments, and track bills and bill payments. Behind these everyday tasks, journal entries and the general ledger organize the accounting detail, helping you move from individual transactions to meaningful financial reports.

Import transaction files instead of retyping every line. Review account assignments, then reconcile bank and credit card activity against statements. Reconciled transactions have additional protections, so routine corrections don't silently change a completed reconciliation. File import is distinct from a live bank connection.

The Payroll module brings employee information, earnings, deductions, and paycheck calculations into one workflow. Review gross pay, employee withholding, employer taxes, and net pay before posting. Reimbursements and different earning types are handled according to their configured tax treatment.

Create and review paychecks, maintain employee pay history, and bring posted payroll into the accounting records. Payroll also supports after-the-fact bookkeeping, so recorded pay activity can be organized alongside the rest of a client's books.

Track tax liabilities and recorded deposits, and prepare payroll reports including Forms 941, 940, and W-2 information, plus supported state reports. These are preparation and tracking tools. Review current rates and filing requirements; report preparation does not mean automatic tax payment or electronic filing.

For accountants and CPAs, Trial Balance and Writeup brings prior-year, unadjusted, adjusting, and adjusted figures into a structured workspace. Compare balances side by side, review account detail, and use source codes to keep the work organized.

Enter adjusting journal entries and see their effect on the adjusted trial balance and net income. The writeup workflow also supports cash receipts and cash disbursements, connecting detailed bookkeeping activity with the period-end review.

Use Simply Reports to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules, including balance sheets and income statements. When the work is ready, the year-end close and rollover workflow carries the appropriate balances and comparisons into the next fiscal year.

Across the workspace, switch between client files and fiscal years, and work within the modules available to your account. That shared context helps bookkeepers, payroll users, and accountants organize different responsibilities without losing sight of which client's records they're using.

From the daily register to payroll records and the adjusted trial balance, SwiftBook Pro brings the core work together. Explore Full Accounting, Payroll, and Trial Balance and Writeup at swiftbookpro dot com, and choose the workflow that fits your practice.
